Craft Expo: Information for Visitors

Finding Us: The Guilford Green is located one mile South of Exit 58 of I-95. It is bordered by Broad, Park, Boston and Whitfield Streets. Here is the Google map link for directions to the main entrance at 33 Whitfield Street.
Parking: Free parking and shuttle bus service is available at Exit 58 of I-95 at the commuter lots or Adams Middle School on Rt. 77 (233 Church St.). On site parking is available at St. George’s Church, 33 Whitfield Street, for $5/day, or you can find free on-street parking at other spots around town.
Getting There by Train: The Guilford train station is at 325 Old Whitfield Street. It is .8 miles or a 16 minute walk to the main entrance at 33 Whitfield Street. Here is the Google map link.
THE ARTISTS OF CRAFT EXPO
Program: Craft Expo 2019 Program
Entrance Fee: $9 adults, $7 seniors, Free to Guilford Art Center members, children under 12, and active military. (Memberships: Individual $35; Family $50). $15 Multi-day Ticket
Cash or check only at the gate.
Multi-day ticket: Want to come to the show more than one day? Pay $15.00 for a multi-day ticket and re-enter on Saturday and Sunday at no additional cost. Ticket is not transferable to another person, and no discounts will be applied to the multi-day ticket.
Featuring: 180 artists are juried into the following categories: baskets, clay, fiber, wearable-fiber, glass, leather, jewelry, metal, mixed media, painting, paper, photography, printmaking, wood and sculpture.
- New for 2019: Emerging Artists featuring 15 new artists
- Silent Auction (items donated by artists to benefit GAC Scholarships)
- Food trucks, beer and wine, and music
- Many local shops, business establishments & restaurants surround the show
- Craft demos by Guilford Art Center faculty and students
- Family Art Tent with crafts for kids of all ages.
Craft Expo features amazing work for all sorts of artists – including musical artists! Check out the line-up of live performers playing through the Expo weekend (July 19-21).
