Guilford Art Center Youth Program Artists Display Work in Mill Gallery
Exhibit, "We Make Art," August 6th-20th
Guilford Art Center's exhibition We Make Art will present the works of young artist participants in the Center's youth program. The exhibit will be on view August 6th-in the Center's Mill Gallery.
"This exhibit is a chance for students in our youth program to show in a real gallery setting," says Maureen Belden, the Center's Program Director. "We have so many talented students in our many classes and programs, and we are proud to have them share their work with the community in this professional setting."
A festive opening reception for We Make Art will be held Friday, August 6, 4-6pm, a chance for the artists to celebrate with friends, family and the viewing public. The opening reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.
We Make Art is sponsored, in part, by NewAlliance Foundation.
