PARING KNIVES WORKSHOP

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Students will work on 1-2 small kitchen paring knives, leaving with at least one fully finished blade. These knives are meant for intricate or light cooking applications. The class will focus on forging, heat treating, edge geometry, and ergonomics for kitchen utility. In addition, the differences between the various versions of this blade can be explored. Fee payable with tuition $35.00.
