Hello GAC Students,
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we’ve had to cancel the end of the winter semester and the whole spring semester. This is unfortunate for all, but everyone will have a choice of a refund or a tuition credit that will be valid until 8/31/2021.
At this point, we are still planning to hold May and June workshops.
Since the Center is closed, there is no staff at GAC. However, refunds will start to be given next week. Your patience and understanding is appreciated since, as you know, we are a small organization and we will have only one person issuing all of the refunds remotely. We will absolutely get to everyone as soon as possible.
If you are happy to receive a tuition credit that will be valid until 8/31/2021, you need to do nothing. We are happy that you will be taking another class in the future and look forward to having you.
If you want a refund, please email Suzanne Hens-Kaplan.
- If you registered online, your refund will be made back to the credit card you used.
- If you paid your registration by credit card in the shop or by phone, Suzanne will call you to get your credit card information so a refund can be made back to it.
- If you paid your registration by check or cash, you will receive a check.
Some people have asked about converting their tuition payment into a donation to GAC. Please email Suzanne to let her know that is your preference. We are so grateful if you are able to do that.
