Free Workshop for Healthcare Workers, this Saturday 12-2pm

Free Workshop for Healthcare Workers
In the GAC Gallery
This Saturday, August 20 from 12-2pm

In conjunction with our current gallery exhibition “In Good Hands,” a celebration in the artistry of healthcare professionals, Janice Baker will be leading a free creative resilience workshop by and for healthcare workers in our gallery on August 20, 2022, from 12PM-2PM.

Connect with other healthcare workers in an inclusive and nonjudgmental community as we create space to pause, breathe, and support our resilient selves through creative expression. Reconnect with your inner creative voice, have fun exploring self-expression that supports your wellbeing.

Trace and decorate your hands that carry a flower offering of kindness as a gift for yourself or an offering to others. What kindness do you offer others, what does your heart need to receive?

This is a free workshop. We hope you can join us and other healthcare professionals for this creative time!
