After completing studies at the School of Visual Arts in New York, where Dahlia studied painting, she took a summer workshop and fell in love with weaving. Through the help of workshops from exceptional artists, and her own experimentation, she learned her craft. Her work has been featured in many publications, including The Hartford Courant Sunday Magazine, The Boston Globe Magazine, Hartford Magazine, American Handcraft Magazine, and she was interviewed on local public radio. Dahlia participates in juried craft shows throughout the country.
