Call for Teen Artists

We are inviting teen artists (not limited to Guilford!) to submit 1-2 pieces to be included in the exhibition, The Third Place. The deadline to submit is June 2, and there is no submission fee. Our welcoming reception will take place on Sunday, June 8 from 2PM – 4PM and will feature live music from peers from School of Rock Madison. Contact Ashley Seneco at GAC aseneco@guilfordartcenter.org or call (203) 453-5947 for more information and to submit work.

“The Third Place embraces the concept that a space which is not work/school or home – but a third place – is instrumental in fostering innovation of thinking, creativity, and establishing a sense of belonging. This exhibition will continue to explore how the significance of the arts, and the communities which are built around them, provide young people with the ability to grow and to thrive.”
