Lamp Worked Glass Beads Workshop

Students will learn to use a torch to melt glass rods, creating personalized colorful glass beads. Many glass decorating techniques will be demonstrated, including enamels, metal foils, flowers and more. Fee payable with tuition $25

Plant Based Toning with Cyanotype Workshop

Saturday, October 26, 10:00am-2:00pm
Discover the various colors a cyanotype print can become when toned. We’ll go beyond the typical toners of coffee and tea to explore various non-toxic natural botanical toners to produce experimental hues. Students will hand coat paper and make prints from their choice of negatives. or use botanicals/objects. Students will be guided through these processes with examples and demonstrations. Some brief history and chemistry of the processes will be discussed. Fee payable with tuition $18

Halloween Crafts for Kids Workshop; Session B

Sunday, October 27,3:30-5:30pm
All things Halloween is the theme of this fun kid’s workshop! Open to kids ages 9+. Children will have a chance to get creative while learning how to make animal lanterns from clay that will glow in a window or on a porch step on Halloween night. Come make a unique and spooky decoration and other Halloween creations. If you love Halloween and art, this is for you!
