Community Cardmaking Open Studio, Dec 6, 5-7pm
Join us on Friday, December 6 to create handcrafted holiday greeting cards in a cozy, community setting. The cards will be collected at the end of our 3-day open studio and delivered to Guilford residents with the assistance of Guilford Housing Authority. Our studio will remain open from 10AM – 4PM throughout the weekend for drop-in cardmaking!
This event is free to attend, open to all ages, and no prior registration is necessary!

Meet Julie Fitzpatrick during Authors in The Shop
Guilford Art Center is excited to welcome local author Julie Fitzpatrick to the final chapter of its AUTHORS IN THE SHOP series hosted by Three Chairs Publishing. For four Saturdays in November, authors have been The Shop signing books and talking with Holiday Expo shoppers from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.

Discover the colorful Church on the Screen: A Sunday Series of Pandemic Poetry by Julie Fitzpatrick.
Church on the Screen is a collection of poems penned by poet Julie Fitzpatrick as the world shut down. Inspired by the shift to online church services as the Covid-19 pandemic swept through her community, Julie turned to writing. This is a spiritual time capsule which marks a search for meaning in an unprecedented time.
AUTHORS IN THE SHOP is a great opportunity to spend some one-on-one time with local authors and to get a head start on your holiday shopping. (Signed books make awesome gifts!) Refreshments will be served. (Click here for more information.)
