Jenna Kareliussen

Position: Visitor/Student Services

“I love being in a space where creativity flows through everything we do—whether I’m helping a visitor feel at home, coordinating class registrations, or assisting with a project behind the scenes.”

Jenna is a Clinton local and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, where she earned her BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing. At GAC, she brings a thoughtful mix of artistic skill, organization, and warmth to her role. She assists with membership renewals, supports the gallery and shop, and ensures guests feel truly welcome. Her favorite part of the job is building genuine connections with visitors and making new friends within the community.

Outside of work, Jenna is an artist who enjoys experimenting across mediums. Her personal art practice includes embroidery, cross stitch, crochet, weaving, fine line illustration, and painting. Her graphic design style leans bold and bright, often using expressive typography and surrealist collage to create funky, offbeat, and humorous work in both digital and handmade formats.
