Walking Each Other Home: Exploring Where We Belong, and How We Find It
All invited to our closing reception on Saturday, August 1 from 2pm – 4pm. It is free and open to the public. Join exhibiting artists for conversation and refreshments at this free reception in the gallery. This is the final day of this exhibit! Walking Each Other Home: Exploring Where We Belong, and How We Find It features the work of 78 artists from Connecticut, the surrounding region, and beyond. Inspired by the beloved Ram Dass quote, “We’re all just walking each other home,” the exhibition invites artists to reflect on the many ways we experience and define the idea of home. The Gallery is open 7 days a week, Mon-Sat 10am-4pm, Sunday 12-4pm.
Fall Semester Registration Opens Soon
We will open online registration for the 2026 Fall Semester starting Sunday, August 2. Each night’s registration period opens at 8 pm online. We will release the fall catalog later this week. Stay tuned!

Oregon artist, Janis Childs, brings the sun inside with her vibrant designs on dish towels and wooden bowls. Local photographer Allison Maltese captures it in her cards. Bowl $58, Napkins $16. The Shop is open 7 days a week, Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm, Sunday 12-4pm, and GAC members receive 10% off all Shop purchases.

We’re staying active and creative in our August kids summer program! We have 3 weekly session in August (ending Aug 21). There is more space available if you’re looking for something for your kids to do at the end of the summer.
