GUILFORD ART CENTER’S HOLIDAY EXPO 2025

Are you a maker of beautiful, handcrafted work?  We’d love to invite you to show and sell your work at one of the shoreline’s most anticipated and well-attended holiday shopping events — Holiday Expo 2025 at Guilford Art Center!
 
We are now accepting applications from Connecticut/local/New England artists and makers working in a wide range of media, including (but not limited to): ceramics, woodworking, glass, jewelry, metalwork, stationery, leather goods, personal care items, candles, homewares, textiles, and fiber arts.

POTTERY RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Guilford Art Center supports a pottery residency program for emerging artists. The residency is one year long, beginning September. The position will provide opportunities, in the form of working time and space, for artists to develop their own ceramic art while contributing to the workings of a communal pottery studio in an educational environment. Since 1967, THE SHOP @ Guilford Art Center has been known as the premier place to buy American contemporary fi-ne craft and art along the CT shoreline. We are open 7 days a week for in-person shopping. Our customers are loyal and appreciate the uniqueness and fine quality of handcrafted works.

TEACHING POSITIONS
Teaching positions are available for semester long classes and weekend workshops. Consideration is given to those with prior teaching experience and to curriculum that complements the programs at the Center.
