From November 14 through January 11, the Shop and Gallery at GAC will be transformed into the ultimate holiday marketplace, filled with handcrafted gifts from hundreds of American artists and makers — many from Connecticut and the shoreline area.
Shop local and explore one-of-a-kind items across every category: accessories, candles, cards, ceramics, clothing, fiber art, glass, homewares, jewelry, leather, Christmas ornaments, soaps, specialty foods, stationery, paintings, photography, and so much more.
“Every item we sell has been created by an artist, ensuring each gift is unique and meaningful,” says Maureen Belden, Guilford Art Center’s Executive Director. “Shoppers can feel good knowing that every purchase supports both the artist and the Guilford Art Center’s mission to bring arts to the community. It’s truly a gift that gives back.”
New items are added throughout the season, so every visit offers fresh discoveries. GAC also offers personal shopping assistance for those seeking advice and gift-giving ideas, plus special services for businesses looking for distinctive employee holiday gifts.
Proceeds from Holiday Expo benefit the exhibiting artists and Guilford Art Center’s educational and community programs.
