There’s something magical about walking into a space filled with handcrafted treasures, each with its own story and maker behind it. The Guilford Art Center’s Holiday Expo is that place—a curated showcase of original works made by artists in Connecticut and the broader New England region.
All are invited to the Opening Reception on Friday, November 14, 5:00 – 7:00 pm. Visitors will get a first look at the shop’s beautiful offerings, a chance to meet some of the artists, light refreshments, and the festive energy of the season beginning in earnest.
This year’s Holiday Expo welcomes a special partnership with the Lyme Artisans Guild, whose members will join GAC’s roster of talented makers to present a stunning array of handcrafted works. Together, these artisans represent some of the best in Connecticut’s creative community — offering visitors a truly unique and inspiring holiday shopping experience.
From that evening onward, the Expo continues through January 11, open seven days a week so that art lovers, holiday shoppers, and casual visitors alike can browse at leisure.
