New Gallery Exhibition Call for Artists
Submissions are officially open for Walking Each Other Home: Exploring Where We Belong, and How We Find It. Inspired by the Ram Dass quote, “We’re all just walking each other home”, this exhibition invites artists to reflect on the many definitions of home. Open to works in all mediums, interpreting the theme as broadly or literally as artists choose. We invited artists to submit two pieces via email to aseneco@guilfordartcenter.org by May 31, 2026. Free Middle School Drop-In Workshop
Wednesday, April 22, 1:15-3:15 pm
Middle School students are welcome to drop in between 1:15-3:15pm to work on art projects for the afternoon. Students can also do independant exploration with materials on hand. Take an afternoon to enjoy being creative with your peers. Adams Middle School students can walk or take Bus 24 to the Center. No need to register.

On View at the Guilford Art Center from April 24 – May 17, 2026
The artists of Gallery One present “Inside Looking Out,” an exhibition exploring the subtle boundary between our inner lives and the outside world. Whether it be painting, photography, collage or sculpture, the artists make meaningful connections through visual narratives. The show is on view at the Gallery at the Guilford Art Center from April 24 through May 17. Join the artists for the opening reception on Sunday, April 26, from 2pm to 4pm.
