We will open online registration for the 2026 Fall Semester starting August 2.
Each night’s registration period opens at 8 pm online.

What an incredible weekend! We had highs and lows with the weather, which always makes an outdoor event so challenging. However, we survived the smoke and rain to finish up with a glorious day on Sunday. Our thanks to all of the incredible artists and makers who brought their talents to the Guilford Green. It’s always so inspiring to see their work and hear their stories. The slate of Porchfest musicians kept spirits high with their live performances. Finally, we truly could not hold this event without our community volunteers who greet people at the gates, assist artists with breaks and help operationally. We are so grateful to everyone who made this important fundraising event so successful for GAC.
The Shop
New in The Shop – Prints by artist Sophie Foulkes! A vibrant collage portrait of Iris Apfel, the iconic New York influencer and designer who lived to 102 years old, and was the main subject of a 2014 Albert Maysles documentary. This print Iris is only one example of the artist, Sophie Foulkes’ collection of works available to view at The Shop at Guilford Art Center. Foulkes, a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, creates vibrant, humorous and inviting works of art for all ages to enjoy.

The Gallery
See this exhibit before it closes August 1! Walking Each Other Home: Exploring Where We Belong, and How We Find It features the work of 78 artists from Connecticut, the surrounding region, and beyond. Inspired by the beloved Ram Dass quote, “We’re all just walking each other home,” the exhibition invites artists to reflect on the many ways we experience and define the idea of home.
The exhibit is open July 1 – August 1. The Gallery is open 7 days a week, Mon-Sat 10am-4pm, Sunday 12-4pm.
