CARVE, PRINT, REPEAT: BLOCK PRINTING ON TEXTILES & PAPERS
5 Tuesdays beginning January 14, 10:00am-1:00pm
Instructor: Peggy Chapell
Using a soft carving medium you’ll design, carve and print on textiles and papers while learning proper printing techniques. Experiment with a variety of inks, stamp pads, brayers and brushes as well as printing with found objects. Basic supplies will be provided although students may need to purchase additional materials. Fee payable with tuition $30.

THE FELTED LANDSCAPE WORKSHOP
Saturday, January 18, 12:00-4:00pm
Instructor: Diane Cadrain
Students will work from an image of a landscape brought from home or provided by the teacher. They will create an original felted landscape artwork using the softest of materials, wool roving and a special barbed needle on a backing of raw silk. Fee payable with tuition $20.

LAMP WORKED GLASS BEADS WORKSHOP
Saturday-Sunday, January 25-26, 10:00am-4:00pm
Instructor: Stephanie Maddalena
Students will learn to use a torch to melt glass rods, creating personalized colorful glass beads. many glass decorating techniques will be demonstrated, including enamels, metal foils, flowers and more. Fee payable with tuition $25.
