Summer Adult Classes & Workshops – Registration Opens May 11
We’re hard at work finalizing the catalog for our summer semester for adult offerings. In the meantime, if you want to start looking at the list of classes and workshops, you can search online HERE.
Online registration will open in mid-May. Here is the schedule each category that opens for online registration at 8 pm each night:

Summer Youth: Registration Open & Ongoing
Why let creativity take a break? Summer art classes and workshops at Guilford Art Center keep kids inspired and engaged all season long. Designed for young artists ages 5 and older, our summer art camp offers a range of opportunities to explore art, develop new skills, and make lasting friendships in a fun, supportive environment.

Each one is hand knitted by local fiber artist, Carol Munch. Perfect for a child’s room, or anywhere you want to bring in lovely flowers that are always fresh. $20-$40. Available from The Shop; open 7 days a week. Mon-Sat, 10am-4pm; Sun 12-4pm.
IN THE GALLERY: Dear Mother,
The community is invited to the Welcoming Reception on Sunday, May 4, from 2-4pm. This event is free and open to all.
The newest gallery exhibition at Guilford Art Center, “Dear Mother,” will present artworks which honor our relationship to the natural world through a variety of mediums and practices. This exhibition will explore and embrace our most ancient connections through one of our most human behaviors – artmaking.
The exhibition will be open May 2 – June 1, 2025. Works by local artists include painting, photography, drawing, ceramics, fiber, woodworking, woodcut, mixed media, and encaustic.
