Sailor’s Knife Workshop: Session A
Friday, April 28-30, 10:00am-5:00pm
In this 3-day class, students will create a small sheepsfoot utility blade, as well as a full steel marlin spike, a pointed tool used for tying and untying rigging knots.

Try Your Hand at Painting and Drawing Workshop, Session A
Saturday, April 29, 10:00am-1:30pm
This workshop is geared towards the “absolute adult beginner” to come learn the basics of painting and drawing in a supportive, judgement-free session. Spend the morning in the GAC studios and learn about basic techniques, materials and approaches to working creatively in two dimensions.

 Measuring Spoons Workshop
Saturday, April 29 10:00am-4:00pm
Make your own set of measuring spoons that you can use for cooking/baking. Using 4 or 6 assorted sized metal disks, we will dome the disks and then create handles for a complete set of spoons. To finish, we’ll make a ring or a wall rack.

Working with Gold Workshop
Sunday, April 30, 10:00am-4:00pm
Want to try your hand at working with gold, or adding it to your silver jewelry?This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to step up their bench working skills and expand their metal palette to conquer the fear of gold.
