Guilford Art Center’s painting and drawing instructors approach these media in a variety of ways and our classes reflect that breadth. Some classes focus on mastering a technique and media, such as watercolor, oil, or acrylic painting, pastels or charcoal, while others offer instruction in figurative or abstract techniques, or a combination. There are always a variety of types of these classes to choose from. Instructors can teach to a range of skill levels, so most classes are open to students of all levels, from beginning to more advanced.
