Mixed Media Art Class at GAC

Collaging allows for more freedom of expression, removing fear of “mistakes,” and makes learning basics of the visual art more fun for young artists. Our projects will include fantasy and realistic topics, working from observation and imagination. We will do still-lifes, portraits, landscapes and abstracts combining traditional and non traditional methods and materials. Students will learn how to depict their own creative ideas, express their personal points of view and feelings towards the real objects.
